*NO NOISES (loud: voices, music, TV) after 10pm.
*ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR CELEBRATIONS at any time (day or night).
*NO SMOKING AND NO CANDLES (including the balcony)
*NO PETS at any time.
*NO MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE AT ANY TIME inside the apartment, day or night unless the additional guests are approved by the host and the building association and the extra fee has been paid ($100/day/guest), to the maximum of up to 8 person (this would include your own daily visitors). The building management will monitor occupancy with the hallway cameras 24/7 and anyone who doesn't abide by this rule will be asked to immediately vacate the property.
The building condo management reserves the right to involve the authorities (Miami Police Department) and immediately expel from the property any guest who brakes any rule (even if only one guest out of the whole group breaks the rules entire party will be asked to leave).
*The building has a high standards for security. You will need to send us the the copy of your government issued ID (only yours). We need to provide it to the building management before your arrival so you will be able to check-in at the buildings front desc (without your name being pre-stored in the building system you will not be able to check-in and the fob that is used to gain the access to the elevator will not be activated).
*We will also need the full names (no IDs are needed for them) of the other guests in your party, prior to your arrival, so that the front desc/concierge could have them on file. This will allow for smooth check in for your entire party and everyone’s movement around the entire property during your stay.
