Our philosophy

The quiet hospitality.

We started Vantage in Miami because the choice between a hotel and a short-term rental had grown stale. Hotels are uniform and impersonal. Most rentals are furnished apartments, not homes.

Our residences are in Brickell, Edgewater, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Calle Ocho, and Orlando — designed, maintained, and stocked the way you'd keep your own. The linens are pressed. The kitchen is real. There is a person to call, who will answer.

What we hold to

Three principles.

A real home.

Designed interiors, full kitchens stocked with the essentials, proper bedding, fast and quiet wi-fi, a coffee setup worth the morning. Nothing flatpack. Nothing borrowed.

ii.

Kept to standard.

Every residence is cleaned by Clearpoint, our in-house service. Inspected before each guest. Linens replaced, not laundered. The small things looked after.

iii.

A person to call.

A direct line, answered. Not a chatbot, not a help desk in another time zone. The same team that built the residence will look after your stay in it.

Walked in and the lights were warm, the music was right, the espresso machine had been turned on. It was the most thoughtful arrival I've had in a long time.

What does Vantage Stays actually do?
We're a full-service short-term rental operator in Miami. For owners: we handle pricing, channel listings, guest screening, cleaning (in-house via Clearpoint), maintenance, reviews, and accounting. For guests: we list our portfolio on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and direct — with a concierge who actually answers.
How much can my property earn?
It depends on the building, layout, and finish. Owners typically see a 20–40% lift over self-managing once dynamic pricing and 8-channel distribution kick in. Submit the lead form on /owners and we will send a tailored revenue model within one business day.
What is your management fee?
Performance-based, 15–20% of net revenue, no cleaning markups, no setup fees. The exact percentage depends on the level of furnishing and onboarding required.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Vantage is month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation. We earn the business every month.
How fast can my property go live?
If the property is already furnished and photo-ready, onboarding typically takes 7–10 days. Properties requiring staging, styling, or professional photography generally take 14–21 days. Throughout the process, we coordinate each onboarding phase and provide approvals at every major step.
Can I block dates for personal use?
Yes — block any dates from the owner dashboard at any time. There is no minimum-night-out requirement.
Do you handle taxes and licensing?
We handle remittance of Florida tourist development tax and state sales tax. Owners are responsible for the underlying business license / county registration; we assist with the paperwork.
Who actually cleans the unit?
Clearpoint, our in-house cleaning company — same operations team. No subcontracting, no marked-up invoices, photo-verified turnovers.
